Here for All of It is a weekly newsletter about grief, disability, and showing up honestly for the messy parts of life. It’s for people who don’t want to be talked at. It's for people who want a real voice in their inbox that doesn’t pretend things are tidier than they are.
If that’s why you’re here, I’m glad you found this.
Free vs. paid
I don’t put my writing behind a paywall. Everything I write is available to anyone who might benefit from it—that’s a choice I’ve made deliberately, because the people who most need this kind of writing aren’t always the ones who can afford a subscription.
Paid membership is for people who want to support that work and go a little deeper. Below is a complete list of everything paid subscribers get. What I hear about most from folks is the annual one-on-one call with me. Not a sales call, not a coaching intake. Just an hour, the two of us, for whatever you need.
What a paid subscription includes
$12/month or $120/year
The weekly newsletter — essays, notes, and observations about grief, disability, and staying present through hard things
Weekly Writing in Community sessions — every Tuesday, 4–6 PM MST, a supported space to show up and write together. This is a “shut up and write” group, meaning we won’t share drafts but will instead focus on body doubling for each other. This is the healthiest form of peer pressure! Being surrounded virtually by other people ridingwill make it easier for you to write!
Monthly-ish reading notes — a collection of what I’ve been reading, thinking about, and recommending, plus updates on my courses
One annual one-on-one call with me — an hour to talk through whatever you’re navigating. Grief. Disability. Writing. Life. Whatever mess needs some air. I’ll hold space, ask questions, and help you move forward wherever you are stuck.

Why I do this
I write about grief and disability because these are the parts of life we’re supposed to keep quiet about—and I think that silence costs us. My husband died in 2021 after a year in which I was his caregiver. I’ve had brain surgery. I live with multiple disabilities. I’ve also found more beauty and connection in these years than I knew was possible.
That’s what this newsletter is about. Not inspiration. Not silver linings. Just honest company for the hard and the good.
